eveeyone was concerned about merger ratio ever since. And its not that someone wants to accumulate, this is stock market messages by some boarders wont drag the share price downwards have some common sense. Now coming to merger ratio, that is the key thing because that would decide whether its underpriced or overpriced in comparison to Tata Steel. As per current ratio of 1:15, it is definitely over priced so 1 should sell it and buy same quantity of Tata steel. I did the same at least and saved some thousands as I had a small holding of 200 shares only. I will wait for a few days till the merger ratio is again confirmed and then will decide if I need to square off the transaction again.
