As per the Press Release, Vakrangee will be announcing a new Capital Allocation Policy after observing operational performance of 5000 Next Gen Vakrangee Kendras, which I think should be operational by end of July or so. Hence we can expect Vakrangee`s new Capital Allocation Policy sometime around September or October`18. A debt-free company with very limited Capex needs should be declaring Quarterly Dividends, just like how Tata Consultancy Services does. Quarterly Dividends of something like 30 to 40% of EPS, will encourage more people to remain invested in the company for the long term. Vakrangee is sitting on Rs.1500 crores of Cash on it`s books and it`s generating nearly Rs.250 crores of Cash every Quarter. This Cash Flow can easily take care of CAPEX requirement of upto 8,000 to 10,000 ATMs and also the increased Marketing expenditure. I think Vakrangee should reward it`s shareholders at this point, especially after the horrible time they have been through over the last 5 months.
