Here rcom as parent company, and subsidiaries going for insolvency, as per my understanding resolution plan from creditors will be to liquidate assets for sure, so if assets are sold and what is impact on us as retail investors or it will be as simple as sell assets and pay the money to creditors and continue with remaining business. Is this simple or more complicated than this. Reason why I am saying this is here even if MA bids, he will only buy assets and not rcom for sure so no impact to shareholders in terms of reducing equity etc which has happened in case of Mandhana industries
