Madhucon once enjoyed a rate of 800 Rs. over the years company had taken some adventurous investments ( which suit only to very large cap companies) A power project plan to generate 3000 megawatts over a period of 10 years, out of which 600 megawatts were achieved in 2014/15 itself and a PPA with Andhra Govt to sell the power . But due to litigation by competitors it s production-was stoped and company went into losses .Share price plummeted from 80 to 2 . Now it is on the revival path.
