I think promoters neglected their customers and hence earning bad name in Nashik, so selling their units became difficult. They need to immediately hire two key personnel, one to look after execution, and one for sales/marketing improvement. Goodwill via mouth is extremely important, to raise your value proposition to your would be customers. They took up, too many projects, than they can possibly execute and hence, getting customers, becoming difficult day by day. However, despite all odds, they are still making profits only, even this year (they made 17 crore profit). So, they are not running into losses. Once the sales pick up, I think, all of us, will see a huge profit. Somehow the goodwill need to be established and proper marketing plan should be executed. I still expect it to turn around by December 2022. And if we can hold it till March 2023, I still think, we will get a pretty good profit.
