Market cap will enhance as it is just a figure arrived at by multiplying the no of total shares with price.These 1600 shares are in addition so total no of shares will go up

We want India to be a three-player market plus BSNL and ensure healthy competition for consumers, communications minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said in a statement.

dear raka brother thanks....i have always tried to post the facts....the conversion was an event which was to happen...the signals were evident from the concalls of the banks....but i still request you to invest your money on your conviction and risk appetite....please do not beleive anyone prima facie....this is one of the major lesson learnt by me on this forum....you see now one of our dear brother is busy in Mr.Adani companies forum....what do they get in hoodwinking gullible retail investor....?????....this V! stock has surely many undercurrents....but also has many undercover freaks on this forum....apart from plethora of genuine and intelligent people regards

Dear Adi: reason why i say Adani event has some shadows is nothing to do with adani taking part stake in Vi....it is rather investment climate deteriorated in international market....adani was perfect set up storms.....within 4 years raise is unjustified...if you check revenue potential to market cap none of the company made sense .... trust me international investment community knows whos money behind adani rise.....this raise reminiscent with Anil Ambani case back in 2006 to 2009....when rpower listing spell the doom.....but it was unjustified valuation built on the back of debt and help of some powerful folks .. coming back to current investment atmosphere....if they delay this any further adani effect will dampen the valuation and fund flow into the country... already most of the tech companies who participated in pio fund raise now facing heat.... within 2 years things turned ugly with them....this leaves less investment competition ....any delay would have further deteriorated funding climate.

The move came after promoters Aditya Birla group and Vodafone Plc assured that they will raise as much as 20,000 crore, apart from kickstarting the exercise to launch the high-speed 5G network. The Centre s move was put in place amid concerns the telecom sector needs at least three private players and to provide choice to customers.
