Hello sohu, idbi comes to 30 Only when nifty comes to 10000.Idbi divestment has to happen as per plan because dead line for lic to merge idbi with lic housing Finance in September 2023 and also idbi included in ftse global index. The Price at which it will be sold may differ but divestment will happen in time.

Price when posted : NSE: Rs. 46.70

2023 looks very challanging & US recession is certain. In this circumstance past tell us that successful disinvestment with higher price very difficult though not impossible. But I feel IDBI will face lots of hurdle & its not easy to disinvest bank which have NPA issue at high price so even if buyer ready & if they offer 45-50 rs than Govt & LIC may reject.
