Basic aspect is if the price of Parent company is getting distorted and being thrown out of window then what will happen to GHCL TEXTILE The whole purpose of Demerger Scheme is being destroyed but rightly you say that the company management will protect all the stake holders and the company to protect Capex of both Companyies The construction work of Greenfield Project has started I hope you must be knowing much more than me.Regards Sir.
