Many forum members of SAIL are spreading negative news and asking others in the forum to exit from the company by selling shares, then do consider the fact why would Big Bull Rakesh Jhunjhunwala increase his stake from 1.39% of the shareholding of SAIL at the end of June 2021 qaurter to 1.76% at the end of September 2021 quarter. Also do note the fact that even though coal prices will hamper profit margins of the company, stable prices at current levels will help improve financials and reduce debt to great extent. As per my analysis the average cost price of Big Bull Rakesh Jhunjhunwala for SAIL stock is Rs. 93/- per share. So the big bull would have done proper analysis and research before investing in SAIL in June 2021 quarter and also increasing his stake during September 2021 quarter. He will seek minimum 100% return on his investment before exiting the company. This would mean share price of Rs. 186/- per share within 2 years from now on which is quite reasonable as per current market conditions for metals all over the world.
