Forget about Merger.... DENs individual performance is much better than expected. It has become debt free from last quarter with contained revenues.... 75% new promoters shareholding since 2019 is its indication for future Golden growth story.......All negative news (Specially CORONA, Lockdown, Slowdown etc.) are very positive for Media and Entertainment industry. Working from Home is a blessing for this Company. Moreover, network companies like DEN will play an important role for Indian Government initiative of DIGITAL INDIA which inspired RIL to invest in such companies. Indian Government will definitely announce some relief, plans time to time to support DIGITAL INDIA mission which will ultimately benefit to DEN also. Hence, RIL invested hefty as a promoter for these types of companies in recent past few years by more than 80% stack in DEN, Hathway, Network18 etc. Axis and ICICI Mutual Funds are also invested in these stocks in last quarter. What else........ So, forget about Merger...........
