Borosil Renewables made an acquisition in Europe. It paid 0.5x of sales while it trades at 15x sales. It has paid ₹1.45 crores for one ton per day capacity while it trades at ₹10 crores for one ton per day capacity. 42% of acquisition done through his own stock.
