Transfer of Equity Shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) NOTICE is hereby given to Shareholders of the Company that pursuant to the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act 2013("the Act") read with Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules. 2016 ("the Rules as amended, the dividend declared on the equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2013-14, which remained unclaimed for a period of seven years will be credited to the Investors Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) on or before 30-11-2021.
