Dear tsandeep,
To ELIMINATE TAX LIABILITY to ZERO,you need to Invest
Rs.40000/- in Provident FUND( if member of EPF)and GOOD Tax Saving MUTUAL Fund like CANARA Robeco EQUITY Tax Saver Fund.
