The claims that Tamarisk is making is on the basis on trials they did on 7 people. They say that they have tested about 110 people on "various nutritional supplements" (Not Insulin). So , it is essentially an unproven, untested technology. 12 replies

This is exactly what I was fearing would happen.
Now Biocon will loose its first mover advantage, or atleast `MARKET EXPECTATION PREMIUM` of a 1st mover in the Oral Insulin Space.

Well if Tamarisk Tech breakthrough is licensed by Big Pharma, then Biocon`s oral insulin has very little chance of making it...! It`s then up to the other molecules to succeed for Biocon to hit the target of success....
