Nope, Sachin should play as long as his health supports his Cricket. He is a legend and should be supported to achieve all kind records in this game.

To answer this question, need some statistical data. total runs scored by each batsman in each format of the game, for the last season and the ongoing season. If Sachin is in the bottom of the table, he has to retire. Else, he deserves an opportunity to score one more century as a tribute to his unparalleled achievements

No one(not even Kapil Dev) tells sachin to retire, Sachin is the best judge of when he is to retire.....everyone should try and not to make such a fuss about these matters...
