Interlink to sign COSA, acceptance being reached of crude Oil including Test Oil for Baola PSC

Summary

Interlink has signed PSC with the Govt of India for Baola and Modhera PSCs. ONGC has agreed to accept Crude Oil including the Test/Pit Oil to be produced from both our Modhera and Baola Fields. Accordingly, a signed copy of the COSA for Modhera PSC and draft COSA for Baola PSC, which is in line with the signed COSA for Modhera PSC, was sent to ONGC and IOC for their comments. In the meanwhile, based on the process initiated by ONGC, its Mehsana Assets vide their letter dated 28th September`11 consented to accept the Test/Pit Oil produced from our Modhera Field.
