ask them for settlement, they can very well approach the court against you, don`t spoil your credit worthiness

My Credit card company calls after 3 years saying that i`ve got 10,000 rs. balance. I can remember that i`ve had 130.00 rs outstanding balance. they are saying that they will take me to the court. What should i do in this situation?
