Spice Mobility acquires 100% stake in Beoworld
Source: IRIS (29-NOV-10)

Spice Mobility today announced that its subsidiary, Spice Digital has entered into agreement to acquire, directly or through its subsidiary, 100% of the issued share capital of Beoworld.

Beoworld is a company incorporated in Malaysia, it provides an open platform and market place to promote and monetize 3rd party application development and content for mobile devices on MediaTek (MTK) and Android platforms.

Dear S.LeelaI was just going through this thread. Do you mean not entering in Spice ? Guide us also about your understanding over spice. I am a investor and i keep on reading articles, threads, news to get updated about the share and increasing the knowledge base. I am not sure you are referring Spice as stock not to enter or some other stock. Thanks to Ajaipodiyadi also for posting some news. Validity of the same I am not sure yet as not able to get much time to check-it outregardsAmit
