Bgr Energy Systems Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors has co-opted Mr. A. Swaminathan, President & CEO of the Companys Power Projects Division, as an additional director. The Board further appointed him as a Whole Time Director - (Sales & Marketing) for a period of 5 (five) years with effect from February 05, 2010.
