i have 50 shares @477 average price ..kindly let me know if hold or book loss. If the suggestion is for HOLD then is it suggested to avearge out the cost proce by reentering at current levels around 400 ?
This is a quality stock but has a history of wild fluctuations.Hence it is a must to buy on lows and exit on any high.When the stock fell from 700 levels to 500,I entered a small quantity at 465 and had the discomfiture seeing it going below 400 levels.I then added at 383/362/351 and held at weighted price of 389.I then quickly exited above 500 at 517.Now again it is around 400 and market is weak.Hence hold and start averaging at 375/350 and 300 if it gets there.Again in its own time it will climb to 500.
I posted on the wild volatility of this stock just yesterday and see.........today it suddenly opened gap up and jumped to 454 to fall flat to 400 and then close at 408.Hence just buy this stock low and hold for its wild jump when one should exit.Keep on repeating this forever!

is it ok to enter in this stock at current levels or there is still some correction expected. i am holding 50 shares at 477 and looking for averaging out.
But what really worries me is stocks 200 day moving average of this stock is 443 and from past 2 -3 weeks the counter value is below 443 which is below it`s 200 days moving average value. Is this stock considered technically weak
It will be helpful if experts can throw some light with 2 months perspective for newbies like me
