Piramal Healthcare Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2010, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (consolidated and standalone) of the Company for the 3rd Quarter ended December 31, 2009 (Q3). The standalone results shall be subjected to limited review.
