Acc Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to the Resolution passed by the Circular dated November 23, 2009 by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board, 6,600 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under the ESOS Scheme as under :- (1) ESOS: 2004, No. of Shares : 6,600. Consequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,77,11,017 shares to 18,77,17,617 shares of Rs. 10/- face value, as of date.
