With reference to the earlier announcement dated November 16, 2009 regarding Board Meeting on November 24, 2009 to consider and approve Consolidated Audited Accounts / Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ended September 30, 2009, in connection with the proposed Follow-on Public Offer (FPO) of the Company, Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd has now submitted to BSE the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the period ended September 30, 2009, which have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors and taken on record in the Meeting held on November 24, 2009.
