on site there is news that they have filed legal case against vikas goel of esys this is negative news.small investors should be careful as analysts on tv refuse to talk about this co listening this for so many years even then trading is going on.it is mystery stock.
See, told you. Paddy is very predictable. Just too predictable. As told teledata has risen on this negative news. Now after few days when it become known that paddy has squandered away major shareholder wealth in esys gamble, just as we in teledata gamble, this scrip is going to fall like anything. Now I wonder what manionline1 has to say about this issue after all we had grown up listening to his teledata-esys lullabies and after his disappearence teledata-esys fraud stories in blogsites in the infobahn kept us company.
If these 2 guys paddu & vikas just spend a fraction of their energy spent in court cases in good corporate governance, then their shareholders wouldnt have been in such a pitiable state.
I am sure of one thing. For all believers of GOD, these guys - if they are in the wrong - would get punished one time or the other. For the non believers, nature would ensure that they do not enjoy a bit in life - provided they are in the wrong again. This is not a curse by an investor affected by this company, but that is what generally happens to wrong doers. Even their family will not be spared. For the ones who lost their money, one is destined to lose. Nothing could be done. But one has the option to highlight the plight of the investors thru select media. Let us wait and watch.
this goel guy, it appears, is addicted to court cases.
1. first case was a fraud case years back involving illegal transfer of assets in connection with a co. called karma international. This was settled out of court.
2. second case is the fraud case involving seagate. Settled out of court.
3. third is of course this teledata share transfer case. This im sure will also be settled out of court & how much compensation amount received is in white will determine how much shareholders have benefitted. Of course black will benefit paddu.
