Welspun India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Boards of Directors of the Company have passed a resolution for postponing the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was to be held on November 30, 2009 for obtaining shareholders approval for further issue of securities upto an amount equivalent of US$ 75 million, to December 14, 2009.
