Choudhari, Managing Director of the Company, has sold 262,640 equity shares of the Company between 16th November, 2009 to 18th November 2009 (both days inclusive). Therefore, his shareholding after the above transaction is 6753794 equity shares aggregating to 11.45% of the total issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of Company."
