It was in Japan that the Nuclear Bomb first burst during the world war. Hiroshima and Nagasaki. It is an ultimate destructive weapon all the countries keep in their arsanel.
Now a Japanees company NTT DoCoMo has put telecom Bomb in India in the form of 1ps/Sec(for local & STD) and 1ps/Sec(for roaming)
Now what is left for Bharti/Vodafone/Relcom or idea to defend ?????????
No need to defend coz this statement has come from you so who are we to defend any statement which was not said by us.
But one thing i want to tell you that you can`t compare Docomo with airtel or Rcom. they are leaders in telecom sector and will remain the same in coming future too. you just wait and then you will see the bom blast from Rcom and Airtel. not only 3g or 4g will help them to rise but at same time they will use all their profits of recent past to go in another business. may be retail or something else. so investors should be not worried if they have 2 years or 3 years. Rcom and airtel will zoom in coming years. Docomo will have nothing to defend coz they never tasted high margin profits of indian telecom in recent past. But rcom and airtel made quite good money so they will try to go in other business if they see no more growth in telecom.
i hope you got my point. Mital and Ambani are more clever than us so better leave the growth of these companies on them to decide.
hi......i would say the management of airtel is virtually incapable of taking the decisions like TATA Docomo..the company is a cheating compnay as they are only trying to increase the subscribers only to call on airtel to airtel where they reduced the charges, but if you call anyother operator, airtel charges you more..this is not fair
Bharti, Vodfone, Rcom and idea have nothing to defend. Because Docomo will go bust under the pressure of its own bomb. Don`t even think that 1ps/Sec trick will work in favour of the consumer, since it will still cost the consumer 1Re/min, which is still higher than so many plans of leading players, where they are charging as less as 30p/min, and the consumers will not oblige just for the sake of a couple of calls which may be under a minute duration. No doubt, Telecom is like FMCG market today, but then the competition will play out itself, the strong ones will survive while the weak ones will collapse under the weight of their own irrational schemes launched with a very short term perspective. In today`s marketplace, you can`t win competition just by fierce pricing, but what is more important is service delivery with a quality and consistency, which new players will require long time and patience to build, by which time, the old players will become even stronger and mature market players. So, just be brave or exit telecom.
But how it will cost 1Re/min...cant understand, 30p/min would be local rate charges but not STD so still from my point of view 1ps/Sec is still better as there is no any kind of additional recharge vouchers (extra bonus kind of recharger)....
I was in bangalore for few days and my wife bought me a docomo prepaid. In bangalore, docomo used to be dead during evening. I could not call that time due to busy network. I had to then go to Delhi and in delhi it was not working at all(that really caused me a lot of inconv).
Also, just to give one more example. MTNL in delhi offers cheapest service with free roaming but who use that. Their network is one of the worst.
So only rate does not matter, what matters moe is quality on a reasonable price. I am not going to use docomo again and i am sure many others would be who face same problem.
I have invested around 1.5 L in Bharti and would contiune with more if it falls furhter. I am BULLISH on this stock. Thanks, happy investing.
DoCoMo...DoCoMo...DoCoMooooooo...bharti made new low today, just last hope is 270-275 level support below that free fall anywhere till 175 levels. So what next, will they fight for international calls, will international calls will be also for 1p/sec...wow, mobile users will be enjoying all this tariff war but those who are holding telecom stocks will have very bad next 1 year.....!
Hah..Good one...! My advise will be that don`t even touch telecom sector till these tariff war is going on as more n more new news will come which will take stocks to more lower levels. I feel best entry point for bharti will be around 200-210 levels becz from that level most of the news might have got discounted and there may be not much downside even if results are bad.Worst worst case we can see it falling to 170 levels....lets c..
YES..DoCoMo has initially started with 1ps/sec. All...STD/ISD/LOCAL &Roaming!!@#$%. and for SMS per character and for downloading 1ps/1kb ...you get everything in TATA DoCoMo 1ps/sec or kb or character ...
so what level do you think is best ... actually in my opinion this is best time. but no one can predict market.
Actually institutions knows that retail investor can sell under panic.
maybe you are correct, but i will take some risk of accumulating more stock (not to average) because i have feeling that this is best time to get in. Hope my instincts are not wrong :P
Thanks, i never trade in f&o or in call-option so no chance of shorting but the way stock is behaving and all negative sentiments around it can go to more lower levels thats what i a saying. 270-275 crucial support levels to be watched.
