on barclays card i booked a railway ticket which i later cancelled. i got my first bill a week later than the due date, for rs.200/- which i promptly paid and emailed the matter to them immediately. they assured to look into the matter but charged for delay etc. in the subsequent bill, which i protested again. every time they kept me on assurance then went on denying reversal charging further sums on it. when i demanded proof of delivery of the bill in time, there was no response. now i learn that they have reported the matter to cibil, afecting my credibility. please guide.
