What rate we can expect after demeger of Grasim Cement business to Samridhi Cement (1:1 ratio)and Samridhi cement merger with Ultra Tech to get 4 sahres of Ultra tech for every 7 shares of Samridhi Cement?
Also is better to conver pesentrly itself from Grasim to Ultra Tech as we can get about 3 shares of Ultratech for every share of Grasim?
