Mphasis Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 24, 2009, inter alia to:

1. approve the financial results of the Company and Group for the quarter and year ended October 31, 2009.

2. recommend payment of dividend, if any.

3. consider a proposal to merge MphasiS FinSolutions Pvt. Ltd. (formerly AIG System Solutions Pvt. Ltd) wholly owned subsidiary, with Mphasis Ltd.
