मुम्बई हमले को ठीक एक साल होने वाले हैं और ठीक एक साल उनके भी पूरे होने हैं जो लोग इस हमले में मारे गए थे | २६ नवम्बर २००८ को हुए इस हमले में गिरप्तार मुख्य आरोपी आज भी बटर चिकन न मिलने पर पुलिस वालों को गालिया दे रहा है | ऐसे हमले करवाने वाले उसके आका अब भी किसी आलीशान बंगले में बैठकर ऐश कर रहे होंगे | सिर्फ आंशु ओ बहा रहा है जिसके बच्चे जिसका सुहाग , इस हमले में उजड़ चुका है | हमारे देश का नियम कानून बड़ा अजीब है देश में पूरे साल में कईयों को फांसी की सजा सुनाई जाती है और ये सजाएँ अधिकतर उन लोगों को सुनाई जाती हैं जिनपर कसाब के गुनाह से एक फीसदी भी गुनाह नहीं होते | भारतीय संसद पर हुए हमले का अभी तक सरकार ठीक से कोई कार्यवाही नहीं कर पायी थी की देश में आतंकवादी हमलों की बौछार होने लगी ,कभी मुंबई की ट्रेनों पर बिस्फोट हुआ तो कभी जयपुर और दिल्ली में बम फोड़ा गया और ठीक उसके बाद मुंबई के २६ नवम्बर की घटना ने पूरे देश को हिला कर रख दिया |

अगर देश में ऐसा ही कानून चलता रहा तो देश के लोग देश की जनता देश के करकरे जैसे वीर सिपाही आगे भी शहादत के लिए तैयार रहें क्यों की ऐसे नियम क़ानून से देश में मुंबई जैसे और हमले हो सकते हैं सरकार का क्या है सरकार तो बोल देगी कि जांच चल रही है | कविता करकरे जैसी विलाप करती रहें तो करें सरकार का क्या जाता है |

MUMBAI (Reuters) - D. Sivanandan, Mumbai`s police commissioner, was appointed to his position in June after his predecessor came under fire for mishandling the November attacks in which 166 people were killed.
Sivanandan, who is credited with wiping out Mumbai`s notorious underworld as head of the city`s crime branch in the early 90s, taught economics for several years.
Known for his iron hand, he was even depicted in a Bollywood movie on gang wars.
At a recent interaction on security with business executives, Sivanandan spoke about measures taken to secure the city, the possibility of a new attack, and the need to motivate the police.
Q: How real is the possibility of another big attack?
A: "Today, anyone can make a bomb, even nuclear weapons are available on the market. I can`t say there won`t be another attack or a blast. But if something happens, our response will be quicker and better."
India has put its nuclear power plants on alert and tightened security after intelligence about possible attacks, a report said on Monday.
The step comes after a man arrested in the United States on charges of plotting attacks in India was found to have travelled to Indian states that have nuclear installations, the Press Trust of India (PTI), the country`s biggest news agency, said.

Police said in a statement on Saturday the men, identified using leads from Indian authorities and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, sent funds overseas using the money transfer business they owned in the north Italian town of Brescia.

The blast happened at 2:30 am (1830 GMT Friday) at a mine in Heilongjiang province, according to a statement issued by the State Administration of Work Safety.
A total of 528 miners were working in the pit, near Hegang City, when the blast occurred, the state administration said.
The previous toll given by CCTV was 15 dead and 114 trapped.
The mine, which produces 1.45 million tonnes of coal a year, is owned by the Heilongjiang Longmay Mining Holding Group, based in provincial capital Harbin.
Nalbari, Assam: Six people were on Sunday killed and 54 others injured, including 34 seriously, in the two blasts suspected to have been triggered by Ulfa near a police station here, five days ahead of the banned militant outfit’s raising day.
A high alert has been sounded across Assam after the blasts and patrolling intensified in the affected area.
