Whole world moved, except this stock price in last six months. No triggers (both +ve and -ve) for long time. Not sure what to do with this investment. MD Gowtham Adani became one of the top ten richest indians, but still this stock fails to perform. Not sure what to do with this script.
I think you have some confusion on merger.
Please note Mundra port will remain as separate listed entity, only promoter holding will be merged to Adani enterprises. and this company will remain as subsidiary. It will be separate company same as Adani Power.
