Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "The Corporation today i.e. November 20, 2009, allotted 49,996 equity shares of Rs.10 each under distinctive numbers from 285471571 to 285521566 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,52,15,660 consisting 28,55,21,566 equity shares of Rs.10 each".
