Peninsula Land Limited has informed the Exchange vide its letter dated November 20, 2009 that "Peninsula Land Limited has received Rs.275 Crores on 19th November, 2009 from Alok Realtors Private Limited. This is towards the sale of 6.41 lacs sq. ft. at Peninsula Business Park, Tower B, Lower Parel to Alok Realtors Private Limited. The total deal consideration is of Rs.1,100 Crores. Till date, Peninsula Land Limited has received a sum of Rs.465 crores against this deal".
