Peninsula Land Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received Rs. 275 Crores on November 19, 2009 from Alok Realtors Pvt. Ltd. This is towards the sale of 6.41 lacs sq. ft. at Peninsula Business Park, Tower B, Lower Parel to Alok Realtors Pvt. Ltd.
The total deal consideration is of Rs. 1,100 Crores. Till date, Peninsula Land Ltd. has received a sum of Rs. 465 crores against this deal.
