dear naughty!!!
I think todays stock behaviour is ample example of the strong support at 50level.I don`t think it is my victory it is you peoples verdict.if sensex proceed to fall it may reach below level as you said As it isalready beaten blac and blue where is room to shrink.if people think it to further shrink , that idea almost stink!!!!
Naughty has his day since the stock actually touched 49.50, but we had the last laugh,it actually closed 1.3% up at 51.20 with large volumes and weighted average over previous day closing. Bharti airtel had a bad day and continued trading at lower rates. Will suggest to accumulated Idea (even by selling Bharti)with an immediate target of 60.
Actually speaking, I will prefer to have bad news on the counter so that one can continue to accumulate. Like the latest news on MNP where TRAI has recommended a max tariff of Rs. 19 per subscriber. Now nobody will actually bother to check how it will impact each operator, and will rather try to dump the stock as if this was the only source of revenue of the operator, or as if every existing airtel, vodafone or idea subscriber will move to Tata indicom or Telenor or may be MTS for the sake of that silly 19 bucks without bothering of the service and connectivity from existing operator. I think a big game is going on in the market place where apart from bulls and bears, even the management and regulators alike are participating in a game of cat and mouse.
The new commers will have tough time with the per second billing as compared the old biggies like Bharti, Rcom and Idea, who already have established name and infrastructure created over the years and have already recovered the major part against their investment, where as the new commers will have to establish yet.
In the end the larger will survive this price war, nothing is going to happen to biggies, as they have already made lot of money and there may be some lose in profit to oldies as against net lose to the new commers....
Lets see how long these new commers survive this price was started by them....
