Ntpc Limited has informed the Exchange that: "A Joint Venture Agreement has been executed on 19.11.2009 amongst NTPC Limited, Power Finance Corporation Limited, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited and Rural Electrification Corporation Limited for formation of a Public Limited Company to carry out and promote the business of Energy Efficiency, Energy Conservation and Climate Change. In this joint venture company, all the four promoters shall contribute 25% equity each".
