With reference to the earlier annoucement dated November 13, 2009 regarding fixation of Companys Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM), PVR Ltd has now informed BSE that the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company has been rescheduled and will now be held on December 17, 2009.
