I have always felt as to why you are so adamant that you want to help those who are here to abuse you. May be few boarders are there who deserves your guidance, but see how many have even uttered a word against the abusive guy. To me, it seems serious Boarders from here have joined the blogs and web-sites of popular boarders like you. They are not keen whether you post or not on MMB. My request to you, please concentrate on your web-site, where you are the king and we are all your praja. Look after us rather than getting abused here. Boarders here are aware of your popularity and they can join your Team on the web-site.

What I understand from all lot of this discussion is first Joetom should stop referring his blog and website etc. as no website in world will allow this except MMB.

Why he is not able to post messages like other boarders do without any direct or indirect advertisement of his blog?

If he post message in normal way and any boarder abuse him , we can take action against such boarders but not in present situation when complaintant himself is guilty of gross misconduct.

I have read the MMB code of conduct its being posted for further reference.Its not a jungle raj and we dont belong to community of abusers.Abuse is unacceptable .Creating a false picture to lure others is also unacceptable.While some boarders are abusing openly there are others who create a false picture to FOG out others to lure them into their web.When ever i will see some one doing that i will express myself and appeal to the boareder in the language he understands the best.I am not doing the moral policing but i am a responsible boarder.Name calling, berating. belittling and unparliamentary language on board is uncalled for.
Ethical conduct for the posts are being reproduced.I havent found joe tom indulging in unethical behaviour.The choice of him to write here and not is entirely his.I like his posts and his calls since long long time regards

I totally agree to your views.Moderator has to take some action against such hooligans here otherwise good knowledgeable boarders will leave MMB and never come back.

I have also complained to Moderator regarding such notorious creatures like NODICK,HarshadMehta,Ramdeo Agarwal,Enam Calling etc.These anti social elements have spoiled the culture of Message board here.

If the Moderator is interested in having only such boarders on MMB then my dear friend your time and knowledge are too precious to be wasted here.Its time we leave the board.

You are absolutely right. Joetom or you or any other senior Boarders here will be chased away by such hooligans and the MMB Boarders are the losers. Joetom or kotak or kadiyali or any other good boarders who went away from here are having their own web-sites where they get 1000 or more hits per day average whereas, top popular boarders on MMB gets 200-300. this shows that the main crowd are visiting their web-sites. Joetom has already got 30000 hits in his web-site in 26 days. So, let MMB be happy with abusers like Nodick and others whom you named.
