Most real estate stocks are trading at a heavy discount to their book value. Only IVR Prime is trading at nearly its book value. One may consider swithing to peers like Unitech, Parsvnath or HDIL.
I am unable to understand, on what basis the stock is sowering N going to so high. I think somebody i.e. operators. otherwise, you can think, the co. having Rs. o.oo EPS on annual basis N quarterly is also negligible is trading at Rs. 190 level.
