Baltic index is showing 14 months high. The buisiness of shipping companies depends largely on trade in baltic countries. Buy GE shiping for short term as well as medium term gains.
Although its Q2 result shown profits down, It is very cheap at this level.

Hold GE Shipping very good medium term returns.It is one best stock i am reccomending right now. 315 is short term but you can look beyond for 400 in medium term.
This is fundamentaly very strong company.
I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND IT EVEN FOR 675 WITH CRISTAL CLEAR VISION.But it will take time of 8-9 months.
I don`t like this counter as the order book position as I have read somewhere, is not so strong and hence future profit visibility is not there. Management is no doubt very good, but when the baltic dry index has started moving downwards once again, whats the benefit in investing in this script ? You may go for bharti shipyard or varun shipping instead if you still wish to invest in shipping & shipbuilding sector.
