Ratan Tata has initiated a search for his successor. Do you think the successor should be from within the Tata group or an outsider? Do you think it should be someone with the Tata surname?
Preferably should have a Tata surname..It adds to value and weightage. If not atleast he should be from Tata group as he would be emotionally touched and involved in the Tata group. An outsider will not be that emotionally involved
