HCL Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors (Share Allotment) has on November 18, 2009 has allotted 9025 Equity Shares (1600 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 127.75 per share and 7425 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each at a premium of Rs. 105.63 per share), to the employees on exercise of stock options under HCL Infosystems Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme 2000, and Employee Stock Plan 2005.
