Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "The Corporation today i.e. November 17, 2009, allotted 1,16,417 equity shares of Rs.10 each under distinctive numbers from 285355154 to 285471570 (both numbers inclusive) pursuant to conversion of FCCBs and exercise of stock options by employees. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,47,15,700 consisting 28,54,71,570 equity shares of Rs.10 each".
