Never wait for an angel to tell you the right levels to buy. If you have the conviction, start buying in small lots at every dip (if atall it happens)till it finds its near bottom, as you can never buy right at the bottom. If you have no conviction, just move out of the counter for a better one to your judgement, rather than waiting for a miracle to happen.
