Hi tara23, generally, I dislike real estate stocks except ones based in Mumbai. But I still keep them as some part of the portfolio to maintain sectoral balance.
I preferred Kolte Patil, even though they are Pune based, as they gave reasonable dividend last year, also no promoter pledging, looked reasonably good on paper.
Do you have any specific information to share on the stock?
DEAR DEEPAKAM,this stock will give a sudden up move any day in my view currently the freez limit is increased from 10% to 20% and doing consolidation for next up move.

I WAS BULLISH ON KOLTE JUST FROM 25rs
along with it`s peer dskulkarni which achived my given trgs of 78 long before kolte.but kolte`s trgts-75 still pending to achive and i`am sure about that to achived sooner and will go as per your expectation too for 145and even to my given trgts of 200+
dear Ramakrishnan V in my view small and medium size devoloper co. is good in this time just because they have low debts as kolte has only 85cr of debt, their projects are not so lavish mostly mid size,and because of low debt any increase in sales will be shown in books as profits and less interst cost deu to less debts and pune is agood city for being declair a metro city in futr. thats why kolte patil looks attractie to me.
