no. still i would like to wait for a while before making a final decision for kingfisher or jet airways. in case of spice, it has already hit the upper valuation circuit and i would like to wait for a correction.
well, the reasons are quite simple.
01) almost all companies are under huge debts and even if a foreign company invests into it - most of the money would come in form of QIPs or another ways of equity expansion. on one hand we will see the equity dilution and another hand we will see the debt relief, but it will not be the full relief - by assuming that govt would not allow to have more than 49% in direct FDI.
