Smartlink Network Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company had approved the Delisting of the Equity Shares of the Company from Bangalore Stock Exchange Limited at its meeting held on July 18, 2009 and the Shareholders of the Company have approved the Delisting of the Equity Shares vide its resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 23, 2009.
