K. Nanda that 10,00,000 Ordinary (Equity) Shares of the Company have been allotted to them as the Trustees of Mahindra & Mahindra Employees Stock Option Trust (the Trust)". Further, Mahindra & Mahindra Employees Stock Option Trust has submitted to the Exchange disclosure in Form D under Regulation 13(4) of the Regulations, regarding details of change in shareholding of the Trustees of the Trust.
