Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited has informed the Exchange that Zensar Technologies Limited has issued an Addendum Public Announcement with respect to the Buyback of 2,424,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each by Zensar Technologies Limited (Company) through a Tender Offer at a price of Rs.165/- per share.
